NOTE: Habitat Handyman does not currently offer electrical, rough in plumbing or heating services.

With two pricing levels available, we can help everyone!

We believe that everyone deserves a safe home to live in and we want to make sure that no matter what your annual income is, we can help you with your project. If your annual household income is less than $35,000 a year, you qualify for our reduced pricing stream. If your annual household income is $35,000 or above, we will assist you through our mainstream pricing.

Your Steps to booking a HandyMan for your project:

  1. Anyone requesting our HandyMan service can apply online at www.habitatsarnia.org, or pick up a copy of our application form at the Restore.
  2. Once we have received your application, you will be notified.
  3. A member of our HandyMan team will book an appointment to visit your home and evaluate the scope of work required.
  4. If the work falls within our capabilities, our HandyMan Manager will provide a written quote for the job including all labour, materials, and admin fees.
  5. Your quote will be based on what category of pricing you qualify for.
  6. Once you sign and approve your quote and provide a 50% deposit, you will be placed in the queue for completion.
  7. You will be notified up to a week in advance of us being on site. *No work that isn’t on quote will be done*
  8. The team now goes to work.
  9. On Completion of the job, a final invoice will be sent to you for payment. 30-day term applies.

Cost?

A quoted price will be provided for you including all labour and materials.  That quote will be based on what category of income you fall into.
